コーチングを受けた翌日には、営業成績が上がり荷電数も上がりました
The day after receiving coaching, my sales performance improved and the number of charges also increased.
東京都内の化粧品販売として電話営業を行っているYさん（４０代女性）は、自己肯定感についての悩みがありました。
もともと成績は悪くなかったものの、どれだけ成績を上げていても自分に自信が持てない。。
仕事で結果を出していけば自信が持てるようになると思っていたのに、どれだけ結果を出してもなぜか自己肯定感が低いままでした。

コーチングを進めていくと、Yさんは双子のお姉さんであることがわかりました。
幼少期の話を聞いていくと、常に親から妹さんと比べられていた経験があり、
そこで自分が出来ないことや苦手なことがあるといつも後ろめたい気持ちになっていたということがわかりました。
コーチング中に幼少期の過去と向き合うことで、自己肯定感を払拭することができたYさん。
その後、目に見える形ですぐに仕事に変化が起こりました...

When I listened to the story of my childhood, I had the experience of being constantly compared to my sister by my parents,

電話営業でのアポイント率が４%上がり、荷電数も１０%上昇

今までは電話するまで億劫な気持ちになっていたと話していたYさんは、
コーチング終了後、電話への抵抗感が軽くなり、トークにも自信が持てるようになったことで、
アポイント率が４%上がり、１時間あたりの荷電数も１０%向上しました。
自分でも軽々しく電話ができるようになった感覚があり、
今までの自分と比べるととても不思議な感覚だったと言っていました。
ただ、Yさんの変化はこれだけではありません。
